How Private Pay Works
Step 1: Initial Contact
Contact us by phone, email, or online to discuss your needs. We will answer your questions, explain available services.
Step 2: Free In-Home Assessment We schedule a free in-home assessment at a time that works best for you. During this visit, one of our care coordinators reviews daily needs such as personal care, companionship, homemaking, and safety in the home. This helps us create a care plan tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
Step 3: Care Plan & Scheduling Based on the assessment, we develop a personalized care plan outlining services, schedules, and goals. Care can be scheduled on a flexible basis, including part-time, full-time, evenings, weekends, or 24-hour support depending on availability and needs.
Step 4: Caregiver Matching We carefully match you with a trained, screened, and supervised caregiver who best fits your needs. Our caregivers are background-checked, trained, and experienced in providing respectful, compassionate non-medical home care.
Step 5: Start of Care Once everything is approved, services can begin quickly. Our caregivers assist with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort in your home.
Step 6: Ongoing Support & Adjustments
Care needs can change over time. We stay in regular communication with clients and families and adjust services as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
